Required criteria.
Men or women, from 6 to 90 years old,
For body types from 30 to 130 kg.
If you can touch your shins, with legs straight, by bending your body forward, then you can do Self-Cut!!!
As surprising as it may be, the final position for Self-Cut is to first bend your upper body forward and then move it to the side.
This means that no particular flexibility is needed to perform this illusion.
