Statue coincidence

The new mentalism routine that is sure to be a hit in a few days. 

It will leave your spectators speechless and allow you to perform an ultra-visual, audible, impactful act, all with very little equipment.

Read these few lines and choose the enormous potential of this act.

You invite two spectators onto the stage.

Blindfold the first spectator so that they cannot see anything that is going to happen on stage.

Without their knowledge, or that of the rest of the audience, stretch a large cloth in front of the second spectator and ask them to reproduce a figure with their body. Like a statue, they must adopt any position they want with their arms, legs, and head, and then remain still. You then completely cover them with the cloth to keep their position completely secret.

No one sees them choose their body position, neither the spectators nor you, as your head is turned throughout the maneuver.

You then return to the first spectator, back turned, blindfolded, and give them a whistle. You explain that you, in turn, will have fun taking different positions with your body, and when they blow the whistle, you will stop in a position!

To the rhythm of the applause, you then have fun parading different positions with your body.

The spectator, with the help of their whistle, stops you in a random position among the dozens you have just performed in front of the audience. The spectator still has the choice to stop you in another position.

Once the position is chosen, it's time to check if the coincidence has occurred with the spectator under the cloth.

The first spectator will remove the cloth from the second, and then the entire audience is astounded: your bodies are in exactly the same position! How is this possible? Chance, coincidence, or magic? Thousands of positions were possible, yet your arms, head, and legs are positioned in exactly the same way.

The audience, completely stunned by what has just happened, acclaims you while you thank the spectators who participated in this incredible experience.

No accomplice!

No mirror!

No electronics!
